Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return you must have purchased your product through one of the online commerce sites we control: agodorcontrol.com, SOC-IT - OC7 Facebook commerce, our TikTok Shop, or Faire.com. Email us your proof of purchase, using your emailed purchase receipt, along with a description of why you request a refund and how you used the product. After reviewing your request we may follow-up with a change in how you used our products. Most issues have been resolved with identifying an incorrect product usage. Product results were acceptable by the customer once our suggestion(s) were implemented. Rarely did the product fail and in those situations a refund was issued.

Refunds

Refunds may either be issued through a purchase cancelation or mailed refund check.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@AgOdorControl.com.
