MOC7-S is a liquid manure treatment which helps reduce solids and crusting, as well as reduces the production of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. These benefits are achieved by reducing the anaerobic fermentation in the manure. It is applied twice per year and is easy to handle. It can be applied in the presence of your herd, and workers do not need specialized protection equipment when handling the product. Protective eyewear and chemical-resistant gloves are all that are needed.
The immediate benefit you will notice is a reduction in ammonia and hydrogen sulfide emissions. The pigs may also be calmer depending upon the level of these gasses in the house prior to treatment. Over time you will see a reduction in crusting. Some of our customers have also noticed reductions in foaming both in the pit and during pumping. Over consecutive treatments, you will have an increasingly easier pumping of the pit due to a reduction in solids.

MOC7-D is a liquid manure treatment which helps reduce solids and crusting, as well as reduces the production of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. These benefits are achieved by reducing the anaerobic fermentation in the manure. It is applied weekly in small doses to your lagoon or pit and is easy to handle. It can be applied in the presence of your herd, and workers do not need specialized protection equipment when handling the product. Protective eyewear and chemical-resistant gloves are all that are needed.
Since most manure is contained in lagoons the most visible impact will be the reduction of solids and crusting over time. If applied at suggested amounts and intervals you should see such reductions beginning in a few months. A progressive decrease in fly population will follow, as well as cleaner flush water and less separator screen buildup.
